Process Steps

Step 1
|
The applicant collects application from the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, completes application form and gathers all required supporting documents
|
|
Step 2
|
The applicant submits the application together with the supporting documents, and the vehicle to the National Police Service – Interpol Department for verification and clearance
|
|
Step 3
|
The Issuing Department processes the application, and with all correct issues the SARPCCO Clearance Certificate (NPS-SCC-01-01)
|

Step 4
|
The applicant may proceed with the export of the vehicle in accordance to customs formalities and subject to compliance with relevant export requirements
