Ban of Imports and Poultry Products from the Republic of South Africa
Summary
Following the outbreak of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza H5N1 and H7N6 In some provinces in South Africa the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security through its Department of Livestock Services has suspended imports of poultry and poultry products from South Africa.
This notice also revokes import permits for poultry and poultry products with immediate effect and livestock products
